I created Cloud Field Notes to connect the ideas in CCEN 448 with a working website. Its purpose is to explain static hosting through short pages and an interactive request journey.

The same original files can be hosted on Amazon S3, Cloudflare Pages and an EC2 web server. This makes it possible to compare the delivery platforms while keeping the site content consistent.

The site contains a homepage, a hosting guide, two deeper topic pages and this introduction. It uses plain HTML, one CSS file and one JavaScript file, with no build step or external font dependency.
